Physiotherapy, osteopathy and therapy

A quiet room, three people who take their time, and a first visit that starts with listening. Tell us what hurts, or what worries you.

Who treats you

A physiotherapist, an osteopath and a therapist, in the same quiet rooms. If you are not sure which of them you need, say so when you book and we will help you choose.

What a first visit is like

Nothing happens that you have not agreed to. You can stop or ask at any point.

  1. You talk, we listen

What hurts or worries you, since when, and what you have tried. In your own words, without hurry.

  2. We look at how you move

Gently, and only as far as is comfortable. You stay in your own clothes, or loose ones you bring.

  3. A first treatment, if it is right for you

Sometimes the first visit is the start of the work. Sometimes it is enough to understand what is going on.

  4. A plan you take home

What we think is happening, what you can do between visits, and whether to come back.

More on your first visit, and what to bring.

Questions before you come

Do I need a referral?

No. You can book a first visit directly. If your insurer only pays back with a doctor's referral, bring it along.

What do I bring?

Any letters, scans or test results about the problem, a list of the medicines you take, and loose, comfortable clothes.

Is it covered by insurance?

It depends on your insurer and your cover. Check with them before you come; we give you a receipt for every visit to send in.

How do I cancel?

Let us know as early as you can, by replying to the message that confirmed your visit, so the time can go to someone else.

Ask for a first visit

Tell us who you would like to see and when suits you. This is a request, not yet a booking: we get back to you to confirm a time.

The way in

Come a few minutes before your time and take a seat in the waiting room. Whoever is treating you will come and fetch you.
