Who treats you

Three people, three ways of helping. Each of them starts by listening, and each will tell you plainly if someone else here can help you better.

Two armchairs turned towards each other by a window, a glass of water on a small table between them

Not sure who you need?

Pain in the back, a knee that will not settle after a fall, headaches that start in the neck, a stretch of worry that will not lift: you do not have to know which of us to see.

When you ask for a first visit, tell us in a sentence what is going on. If you are unsure, choose that, and we will suggest who to see first.

What each of us does

  • An exercise ball, a foam roller and a looped exercise band on the floor

    Physiotherapy

Pain and stiffness after an injury, an operation or long hours sitting. Treatment by hand, and exercises you can do at home.

  • A model of the spine on its stand

    Osteopathy

Back, neck and joint pain, looked at as a whole body. Gentle work by hand to help you move more easily.

  • A box of tissues and a glass of water on a low table beside an armchair

    Therapy

Worry, stress, low mood or a hard stretch of life. A calm hour to talk it through with someone who listens.
